I hate it when I'm right... I said last week that for MSU to win against Bama they had to create turnovers and turn those into points. In fact they did the exact opposite, so instead of a close game coming down to the final minutes we had a blowout.
The MSU offense made some plays when needed, but only on the ground. Chris Relf, who supposedly spent much of the open week working on his passing game, looked helpless throwing the ball.
The last two games of the season are winnable. But for the Dawgs to beat Arkansas this weekend they must push the pass defense into overdrive. Ryan Mallet will systematically pick apart the Bulldog secondary if you give him just a little time. A win against Ark would give a major boost to the Dawgs bowl stock. We will see... we will see.
